Limitations of eating lemon

Lemon should not eat with seafood

Seafood, such as shrimp, crab, sea cucumber, jellyfish and other seafood, is rich in protein calcium and other nutrients. Lemon contains more fruit acid. If lemon and seafood eat at the same time, the fruit acid in the lemon will make the protein coagulate. Similarly, it will combine with calcium to form substances that are not easy to digest. That will not only reduce the nutritional value of food but also cause gastrointestinal discomfort. So try to avoid eating lemon and seafood at the same time.

Milk is rich in protein and calcium. Eating lemon and milk together will also affect the digestion of the stomach and intestines.

Lemon should not eat with the carrot
